Tickets purchased on Threshold are non-refundable so please be sure to double check– triple check even– the event details before you buy.
That being said, if you purchase a ticket and, for whatever reason, can't attend the Threshow, you can assign your ticket to someone else. To do so, click the Assign page inside your Threshow ticket and enter the email address of the person you'd like to assign your ticket to.
Once you assign a ticket, you can't get it back so be sure you communicate with the assignee ahead of time.
